Our Water Source

The source water for the Buckeye Water District is the Ohio River.

Water is pumped from our Raw Water Pumping Station located at the Ohio River mile marker 47.25 to our state-of-the-art Water Treatment Plant located at 17547 St Rt 45 Wellsville, Ohio for treatment and distribution.
